Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

Brought my car into Autohaus Repair Co for a new battery, and the service was fantastic. They got right to work and replaced it incredibly fast, which allowed me to go back and pick up my kids from school on time. On top of that, they went out of their way to check and fix all the tire pressure. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest. I highly recommend Autohaus Repair Co for any car repairs!

After several disappointing experiences with both the Hyundai dealership and other RepairPal-certified shops, I was beginning to lose confidence in finding an honest, competent repair shop. Autohaus completely changed that. From the moment I dropped off my daughter’s car, the owner was professional, communicative, and transparent throughout the entire process. I was kept informed every step of the way, the repairs were completed much faster than I expected, and the quality of the work was outstanding. What impressed me most was the honesty. There was never any pressure, unnecessary upselling, or feeling that I was being taken advantage of—just straightforward, quality service from someone who clearly takes pride in his business. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines excellent customer service with skilled workmanship and integrity. I won’t hesitate to bring my vehicles back to Autohaus, and I would confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy repair shop. Thank you for restoring my faith that great auto repair businesses still exist.

I recently brought my car in and had the pleasure of working with Alex, who went above and beyond to help me get a great set of new tires and also took care of replacing my brakes. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure I got an amazing deal. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers. I will definitely be coming back for all my future car needs. Highly recommend Autohaus Repair Co. to anyone looking for quality service at a great price!

Outstanding shop — honest, communicative, and great price Brought my BMW M2 in for a full exhaust and intake build — catless downpipe, midpipe, skid plate, MST intake, and valve controller. The car came out absolutely perfect. The sound is exactly what I was hoping for. What really sets Autohaus apart is Alex. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was upfront about everything, and never tried to upsell or pad the bill. In a world where it’s hard to trust shops with a car you care about, that kind of transparency genuinely matters. The pricing was fair and the work was clean. If you have a performance car and you want it done right by people who actually know what they’re doing, this is your shop. I’ll be back for anything this car needs going forward. Highly recommend.

Seriously, these guys are the best (ask for Alex). Everyone there is super friendly and easy to work with — no pushy sales talk, just honest, straightforward people who actually care about helping you out. I brought my Infiniti QX60 in for new tires, Brakes and an alignment, and they had me in and out way faster than I expected. The prices were super reasonable, and the car drives like a dream now. You can tell they use quality instruments and actually take pride in their work. What I love most is how direct and transparent they are. They explain everything clearly, don’t try to upsell you on stuff you don’t need, and the whole process is just smooth from start to finish. If you want a shop that’s friendly, affordable, professional, and actually delivers great work, Autohaus Repair Co. is it. I’m definitely coming back for all my car stuff from now on! 🚗💯
